张晓明教授，现任香港浸会计算机学系大学教授。

张晓明教授分别于于1995，1997 及2000 年分别获得香港中文大学理学学士，哲学硕士及哲学博士学位。

张教授是IEEE 及ACM 高级会员，IEEE 香港计算智能(前身为神经元网络)分会始创者及前任主席。他的研究兴趣包括模式识别、机器学习、图像处理及信息隐藏。已负责承担科研项目共14 项，全部如期完成。另为4项国家自然科学基金项目的负责人或主要参与者。已发表国际会议论文逾100 篇及SCI 期刊文章40 余篇，相当部分是发表在模式识别、机器学习及图像处理这些领域里的世界知名期刊上，如《IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence》，《IEEE  Transactions on Image Processing》，《IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering》，《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks》，《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology》，《Pattern Recognition》等。此外，张教授作为第一发明人现拥有中国发明专利及美国临时专利各一项。他是计算智能与安全国际会议的创办者之一及现任指导委员会主席，同时也曾担任包括ICIP, ICDM, WI 在内的多个国际著名会议的程序委员会主席，组织委员会主席，分会主席等。目前他是《Knowledge and Information Systems: An International Journal》（影响因子: 2.225）杂志副主编。
